"I didn't purchase the (Roof Care Plan).  The previous director did. However, it was in response to water leaking into the building. NIR repaired that and she decided a maintenance contract might be a good idea to prevent future problems.  Knowing that problems are being found while they are small and before leaks become a real issue (is what I like most about our Roof Care Plan.)  I also like the before and after photos that are taken and that they send the photos and documentation to us to keep on file.  That way we can track what's happening with the roof and justify the maintenance cost to our board of trustees."
