NIR Roof Care is a year-round commercial roofing company that is focused on service. We are looking to hire seasoned roofers (10+ years of experience) who have experience in installing and repairing all flat roofing systems. We are a union company and if you are not a union member, we will help you obtain union membership!

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of roofing experience in commercial flat roofing and has the ability to write a quote for what you can do to correct issues on the roof you are working on. The candidate must be very professional in appearance, well-spoken, and ready to work! On average Roof Care Specialist (RCS) with NIR has 1800+ hours/year. Many at 2,000.

COMPENSATION PLAN:

Current Union Journeyman hourly rate

Industry-leading earning potential (up to $137,000 per year compensation / benefits plus bonuses)

Year-round work

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Emergency leak response
  • Complete quoted repairs
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections
  • Quote and sell work you will perform

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10yrs verifiable experience in the roofing industry
  • Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Shingles
  • Computer/technology skills (Working on electronics/I-pad is required)

Full Job Description:
This is an entry-level inside sales position that would be responsible for calling for new business (B2B) to their assigned leads and accounts for starting the sales process. Generated leads would then be handled by the outside sales team for quoting and following up as the Brand Advisor continues down the generation path of new customers. Focusing on setting meetings for large opportunities as well as generating interest for new potential customers to request a proposal. This position would report directly to the Sales Leader under the Vice President of Sales to help grow our service routes. This role depends on daily activity for phone calls and emails in order to generate the required leads to the preferred prospects in Management and C-Suite level roles.

Responsibilities:
– Call into prospect list for lead generation
– Qualify leads for estimating and sales process

Role Overview:

Salesforce Administration:

The Roof Management Field Advisor will be a true relationship builder. He or she will interact with our customers in a professional and consistent manner all while educating and supporting them in an effort to increase the life of their commercial roof.

The Roof Management Field Advisor will be driven to meet their quota and deliver results via phone, email and video call conversations with the customer.

Job Duties Include:

  • Completing a roof assessment of all new customer account buildings
  • Completing a take-off of all buildings that need it within our Roof Care Maintenance Plan system
  • Respond to RFP’s, preparing bids and securing commercial & industrial roofing jobs
  • Generate estimates & proposals for major and minor repairs per manufacturer specifications
  • Work with manufacturing representatives to request current material pricing quotes
  • Stay current with industry standards, processes and techniques
  • Work with sales and operations teams in order to transition proposals into dispatches
