Renee Mendoza serviced our multi unit building after having leaks from the terrible storm/tornado in July 2026, and I can’t recommend him & NIR enough. As a member of our HOA Board, I appreciate how knowledgeable Renee was; he provided detailed explanations of our issues and his recommendations were thoughtful of our time and budget. He was very flexible in offering follow up appointments as the rain swiftly returned so he was unable to complete everything, but he made sure to temporarily repair the roof in the meantime. These guys are the best! Always in a good mood on the phone and extremely helpful in making sure my roofs were protected. I manage two apartment complex’s in Illinois, and have been working with them now for almost 5 years, and my roofs have been watered tight since then! They come out twice a year for us, and the roof care specialist is always in a good mood and makes sure my roofs are good to go!
